BONDS REWARDS

Bonds Rewards is our loyalty scheme, available to customers shopping with Bonds Jewellers in Coleraine, Limavady and online at bondsjewellers.com.

Membership is free. To earn and redeem points, customers must provide an email address for a Bonds Rewards account and ensure their purchases are linked to that account.

Sign up online using the 'Loyalty Rewards' section or in-store when making a purchase.

Members earn 1 point for every £1 of eligible spend.

Points can be earned on eligible purchases in-store and online, including Nomination purchases.

Points are calculated on the eligible amount paid. Exclusions apply including but not limited to delivery charges, gift cards, Bonds Diamonds, and in-store services.

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between customer accounts.

Points cannot be applied retrospectively and must be applied by the member at the time of purchase by linking with their account using their correct email address.

Bonds can use their own discretion to determine from time-to-time which products and services are eligible for points and the number of points that will be credited per
transaction.

Members can exchange their points for the following rewards both online or in-store:

• 150 points = £5 off a purchase of £30 or more.
• 250 points = £10 off a purchase of £30 or more.

Minimum spend requirements apply to the value of eligible products in the purchase before the reward is applied.

Only one Bonds Rewards voucher or other promotional discount may be used per purchase.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Points from our previous loyalty scheme have been converted and transferred to the new Bonds Rewards system.

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity on a member’s Bonds Rewards account. Members will be notified by email 30 days before their points expire.

Points awarded on purchases that are subsequently refunded or cancelled may be deducted from the member’s points balance.

From time to time, Bonds Jewellers may offer additional ways to earn points, including double-points events.

Each promotion may have its own dates, qualifying purchases and additional terms, which will be communicated at the time.

We may update Bonds Rewards, including the ways points are earned and redeemed.

We may change the terms and conditions of Bonds Rewards at anytime.
