Delivery and Returns
Delivery available to Northern Ireland & the rest of the UK.
At Bonds we aim to dispatch all online orders placed before 2pm on weekdays Mon-Fri that same afternoon to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on over the weekend : after 2pm on Friday until Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Click and collect orders will be processed as normal during opening hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect/has been dispatched.
Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and the expected delivery time for these services are listed below
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-3 working days from dispatch £3.95
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 3-5 working days from dispatch £2.95
FREE DELIVERY OVER £50 and for all Nomination, Qudo & Thomas Sabo. Free delivery is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with an excepted delivery time of 3-5 working days from dispatch
Your contact details must be correct at time of placing your order to receive tracking delivery notifications from Royal Mail.
Please note all orders are scanned on delivery to confirm receipt and some orders may also require a signature.
We cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot be held responsible for postage delays occurred. Please be aware delivery times may be longer during busy or holiday periods.
CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS - This is free of charge
We will endeavour to process your order quickly for collection in-store.
You will receive an email when your order is available for collection. Please wait to collect your order after you have received this pick up notification email.
Orders are usually ready to collect the same working day if ordered before 2pm and the next working day if ordered after 2pm. If you are in a hurry and would like to check when your order will be ready for collection please feel free to contact the store.
When collecting your order please bring your order number and name and give them to a member of the team.
Returns
Hopefully you will love your purchase from Bonds, however if it’s not exactly what you expected we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Please note that items that have been altered or personalised are exempt from the returns policy and cannot be returned.
Earrings will come packaged with a protection seal. Once this seal is open/broken the return of the earrings is void and they can no longer be returned. We can only accept earrings as a return if the hygiene protection seal has not been broken.
Items being returned must be unworn and in pristine condition with original labels and packaging intact. All items returned will be subject to inspection and approval before the refund is issued. Please take care when trying on jewellery at home as if the item is marked or damaged we cannot accept it as a return.
Returns procedure
You will receive a returns form with your order. Should you wish to make a return please complete the form and include this inside the parcel you return. If you require any further help with making a return please email online@bondsjewellers.com.

Please note that we are unable to refund any postage charges (original postage or return postage charges). We advise you send the return using a tracked postage method as Bonds are not liable for any parcels lost or damaged in transit. You should retain a copy of your postage receipt as proof of postage.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and approval has been granted we will process your refund to the card used to make the original payment. Refund times will vary depending on the bank. Bank processing times are beyond our control and we hold no responsibility for this.
Alternatively you can return item(s) in store. The returns process in-store for online orders will be the same as stated above, however you can request an exchange or credit note if preferred.
Refunds can only be offered on items purchased online. No refunds can be offered for items purchased instore.
