At Bonds we aim to dispatch all online orders within 1-2 working days, to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect/has been dispatched.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.

We cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot be held responsible for postage delays occurred. Please be aware delivery times may be longer during holiday periods.
Hopefully you will love your purchase from Bonds, however if it’s not exactly what you expected we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Please note that any pierced jewellery or items that have been altered or personalised are exempt from the returns policy. Sale lines are also exempt from return.
Items being returned must be unworn and in pristine condition with original labels and packaging intact. All items returned will be subject to inspection and approval before the refund is issued. Please take care when trying on jewellery at home as if the item is marked or damaged we cannot accept it as a return.
Before returning any items, please email email@example.com, stating your name, order number and the reason for return. We will then send you a returns authorisation number, which must be written on the outside of the parcel when returning. Please do not send any items before receiving this RAN, as this may delay your refund.

Please note that we are unable to refund any postage charges (original postage or return postage charges). We advise you send the return using a tracked postage method as Bonds are not liable for any parcels lost or damaged in transit. You should retain a copy of your postage receipt as proof of postage.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and approval has been granted we will process your refund to the card used to make the original payment. Refund times will vary depending on the bank. Bank processing times are beyond our control and we hold no responsibility for this.
Alternatively you can return item(s) to the Coleraine store. The returns process in-store for online orders will be the same as stated above, however you can request an exchange or credit note if preferred.
Refunds can only be offered on items purchased online. No refunds can be offered for items purchased instore.
