You can cancel your account or unsubscribe from the newsletter/mailing list at any time by contacting us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Your right to Cancel
Under the DSR you have the right to cancel any order(s) within a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period. In the event your order has already been dispatched you can return it to us following the returns process detailed in the ‘Delivery and Returns’ section. Please be assured that this does not affect your rights under the DSR. We are unable to process a refund until the cancelled item(s) have been returned us.
Placing an Order
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We update our website on a regular basis to ensure stock levels are as accurate as possible. There may be occasions however, when the item(s) you have ordered are no longer available. In this instance we will contact you at the earliest convenience to inform you of this and offer solutions. These may be to wait for available stock, offer alternatives or to offer a refund.
Payment can be made via the methods detailed on the payment page of the website. All card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payment will be taken from your account once the card has been authorised. Bonds are not liable for non-delivery of the order if the payment is not authorised and we retain full legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been authorised and received. Goods will not be dispatched until this authorisation check has been completed.

We take great care to ensure the images, descriptions and prices of items featured on the website are accurate at the time of publishing, however we reserve the right to amend any details that are found to be incorrect. In the event of an item being priced incorrectly, we will contact you to inform you of the error. We reserve the right to cancel the order and we will offer you a full refund.
Prices shown are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery charges are additional and vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Details of postage charges are outlined in the ‘Delivery and Returns’ section. Postage charges are non-refundable.
